Where we ship: We currently ship within Australia only.

Shipping cost: Standard shipping is free on all orders.

Processing time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Delivery times:

• Items marked "ships from Queensland": usually delivered in 2–6 business days.
• All other items are sent from our overseas fulfilment partner and usually arrive in 7–16 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during busy periods or for remote areas.

Tracking: You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.

Customs: There are no extra customs charges for you to pay.

Delayed or missing parcels: If your order hasn't arrived within 30 business days of purchase, contact us at support@greenthumbtools.com.au and we'll send a replacement or give you a full refund.
